Active Camera

A camera is a piece of equipment that is used for taking photographs, making films, or producing television pictures. (COLLINS COBUILD English Dictionary)

We use two types of pan-tilt cameras now (Oct 1997). One is EVI-G20 and the other is a Sony Handycam TR-1000/VX-1000 mounting on a spceial powered pan-tilt mount. Pan, tilt and zoom control can be done via RS232C.
